How to fix the download quota exceeded in Google Drive?

1. Folder Share Type

Right-click the file you want to download and choose “Make a copy”. Please ensure that your Google Drive has enough storage space.

Go to the “My Drive” tab, right-click the copied file and click “Download”.

Then, click “Download Anyway”.

Now, you can start downloading the copied file.

Exceeding the download quota limit on Google Drive typically occurs when a high volume of downloads from a particular file or folder is requested simultaneously.

You can come back later to download it.

☛The second point may be a problem with the network you are using. Google Drive is a cloud-based storage service. You need to ensure that the network connection is correct and stable to download files from Google Drive normally.

Besides, the browser may not be updated to the latest version, incorrect recognition of antivirus software, and damaged databases can also cause the Google Drive won't download files problem.
