  • PRODUCT WARRANTY

    GMKtec offers support via email (service@gmktec.com) for consultations and after-sales support and a 1-year warranty from the date of order placement on its products, with free repair during that period. You would have to send the device to the designated location and bear the shipping costs, GMKtec will repair it and return it free of shipping costs. After the warranty period, the repair costs will run from your account.

    GMKtec warrants the original purchaser that your GMKtec product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the period aforementioned. GMKtec is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product's usage.


    REMEDIES

    If a hardware defect is found and a valid claim is received by GMKtec within the Limited Warranty Period, GMKtec will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either:
    (1) Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts; or
    (2) Replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

    In the event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law.

    Any replacement hardware product or parts will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.


    HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

    A Warranty Service Order must be requested from GMKtec within the Limited Warranty Period from the date of order placement.

    To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product in its original packaging or packaging providing equal protection to the address specified by GMKtec. GMKtec may require proof of purchase and/or compliance with registration requirements before receiving warranty service.

    Please back up all data and software before sending your device. GMKtec will not be responsible for data loss during repair or replacement.

    EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

    This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for GMKtec that bear the “GMKtec” trademark or logo, purchased from authorized sellers.
    It does not apply to:
    (a) Damage from natural disasters (lightning, floods, earthquakes, etc.);
    (b) Human error, unauthorized repairs, or disassembly;
    (c) Commercial use;
    (d) Product modification;
    (e) Damage caused by use with non-GMKtec products;
    (f) Accidents, abuse, or misuse;
    (g) Operating with improper voltage or power supply;
    (h) Service performed by non-GMKtec representatives.

    Software recovery, data reinstallation, and user data loss are not covered.


    IMPLIED WARRANTIES

    Except as prohibited by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the duration of this limited warranty.


    LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

    Except as prohibited by law, GMKtec shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any warranty breach or under any legal theory.


    RETURN POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS

    Hassle-Free 7-Day Return Policy

    You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it (confirmed by shipping tracking record).
    This policy applies only to items purchased directly from GMKtec Official Website.


    Return Conditions

    Only items unopened and in brand-new condition (not affecting secondary sales) are eligible for full refunds.

    If the item has been opened or used, a 15% repackaging/restocking fee will be deducted.

    If your order included free gifts or accessories, their retail value will be deducted if not returned.


    Return Process

    Contact Support:

    Pack Your Item Properly:
    Place the product in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.

    Ship the Item:
    Securely attach your return label and ship using an insured and trackable service.
    GMKtec cannot be held responsible for lost packages.


    Eligibility Conditions

    All returned items must be:

    • In new condition with original packaging and intact UPC code;

    • Including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts.

    GMKtec reserves the right to refuse any return not meeting these conditions or charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.


    Refund & Return

    a. Eligibility and Time Frame
    Refunds and returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt (confirmed by tracking).
    Defective products within warranty will be refunded, repaired, or replaced per GMKtec’s discretion.

    b. Shipping Costs

    • For quality-related issues, GMKtec covers return shipping.

    • For non-quality returns, the customer bears shipping costs, and the original delivery cost (even if free) will be deducted.

    c. Return Address
    The return address will be provided after contacting GMKtec Support at service@gmktec.com.

    d. Steps & Processing Time
    GMKtec reviews requests within 2–3 business days.
    Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the return.

    e. Refund Timeline
    Refunds will appear in your original payment account within 7–10 business days after processing, depending on your payment provider.

    f. Deductions and Conditions

    • $35 shipping cost deducted for free-shipping orders.

    • 15% repackaging/restocking fee for opened/used items.

    • Retail value of unreturned free items deducted.

    • PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable once charged.


    After 7 Days of Receipt

    Returns requested after 7 days are only accepted for model exchanges, not refunds.
    No return/refund will be accepted after 15 days of receipt.


    Not Covered Under Refund

    • Products lost or stolen

    • Products past warranty

    • No-quality issues after 30 days

    • Free or promotional items

    • Third-party repaired units

    • Damage from misuse or external factors

    • Devices used for over six months


    Defective or Damaged Items

    GMKtec may repair, replace, or refund defective items at its discretion for the same or equivalent model.


    Exchanges & Refunds

    Mail-in exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days.
    Refunds are issued in the original payment method.
    Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


    Order Cancellations

    Once a product has shipped, cancellation requires the customer to bear return shipping costs.


    Limited Liability

    GMKtec is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned products.
    GMKtec’s responsibility is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
    Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 2 business days of delivery.


    Customs & Import

    Some regions may require customers to complete customs clearance.
    Failure to do so may result in return or destruction of goods.
    GMKtec is not responsible for any loss or cost caused by delayed or failed customs clearance.


Refund Schedule & Important Notice

Refunds are processed on a fixed schedule every Tuesday and Thursday.
In most cases, the overall refund process takes around 10 days from approval.

If your refund has not been completed within this timeframe, it may be because:

  • The internal review process has not yet been completed, or

  • The current day is not a scheduled refund processing day (Tuesday or Thursday).

In such cases, please contact GMKtec Customer Support to follow up.
Please do not open a dispute directly, as doing so may delay and negatively affect the refund process.


Proof Requirements for Parcel Receipt & Claims

1. In-Person Receipt
If the parcel is signed for in person by the recipient, it must be opened and inspected immediately at the time of delivery.
If any abnormality is found, including but not limited to damaged outer packaging, missing items, empty parcel, or incorrect contents, the recipient must:

  • Clearly note the detailed issue on the delivery receipt, and

  • File a complaint with the delivery courier on the spot.

The recipient may choose to refuse the shipment or accept it as a problematic delivery.


2. Non-In-Person Receipt (Parcel Left at Doorstep)
If the parcel is left at the delivery address without face-to-face handover, the recipient must record a complete, clear, and unedited unboxing video immediately upon discovering the parcel.

The video must clearly show:

  • All six sides of the outer carton,

  • The shipping label / tracking information,

  • The entire unboxing process without interruption, and

  • The final condition of the contents inside the package.


3. Obtaining Official Carrier Documentation
Regardless of the delivery method, once loss or damage is confirmed, the recipient must file an official claim within 24 hours with the last-mile carrier responsible for delivery (such as UPS, FedEx, etc.) and obtain an official investigation or claim document with a valid Claim Number for loss or damage.


4. Suspected Theft (Empty Parcel Confirmed)

If the recipient confirms that the parcel was received empty and there is clear evidence of theft, the recipient must report the incident to the local police immediately.
Please submit both the police report number and the carrier claim/complaint number to our customer service team at service@gmktec.com for further assistance.

Important Notice
Failure to provide evidence at any of the above stages — including but not limited to no immediate inspection, no valid unboxing video, or inability to provide an official Claim Number — will result in the inability to initiate claims with the carrier or insurance provider.
In such cases, no compensation or claim can be processed.
